Our commercial kitchen space is available for local individuals, groups, and businesses to reserve. The space features a large commercial convection oven, gas 6 burner stovetop, a dehydrator, commercial refrigerator, freezer, and a three compartment sink for dishwashing and a two compartment sink and stainless table for food prep.

How To Reserve the Commercial Kitchen Space

Get your certification.
Call Niki Maness at the Cooperative Extension (828-682-6186) to schedule a Reconciliation House Fresh Pick Kitchen and Food Handling orientation. You must complete this session before you can use the kitchen space.
Reserve the kitchen space.
Take a look at our calendar below to see if there are any times available that work for you and give us a call (828-682-7251) to reserve your time slot, and pay any applicable fee. You cannot sign up online.
